We want you to be confident in My Desi Travel Companion. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a full refund within 30 days of your order date. This applies to both the booking charges and the companion service fee.
2How to request a refund
Payments are processed by our reseller, Paddle.com, the Merchant of Record for all My Desi Travel Companion orders. To request a refund:
- Visit paddle.net and enter the e-mail address you used at checkout to look up your order, or
- Email us at contact@mydesitravelcompanion.com with your request number and the e-mail you used to pay, and we'll help process it with Paddle.
3How refunds are issued
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method by Paddle. Processing typically takes 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.
4Cancellations
You can cancel a companion request at any time before your travel date by emailing contact@mydesitravelcompanion.com. If a companion has not yet been matched, the booking fee is fully refundable. If a companion has already been matched and arrangements made, partial refunds may apply depending on how close to the travel date you cancel.
5Disputes
If you have a billing dispute, please contact us first at contact@mydesitravelcompanion.com so we can resolve it quickly. You may also contact Paddle directly via paddle.net.
