Pricing
Simple, transparent pricing. You only pay the booking fee when you submit a request, and the companion fee once we've matched you with a verified companion.
Platform fee
We won't charge anything to you if the companion is offering to Help with out any fee. We only take 10% of Service fee if your companion is requesting any Service fee.
Companion service fee
$50 – $250
Paid once a companion is matched, based on route length, layover time, and assistance level. Covers up to 2 passengers traveling together.
- • Basic Assistance/ single layover — $50
- • Standard Service/ Two layovers — $150
- • Long-haul or multi-leg journey — $200
- • Complex multi-stop (3) or extended assistance — $250

Billing & refunds
Payments are processed by our reseller, Paddle.com, the Merchant of Record. All charges appear as "Paddle*My Desi Travel Companion" on your statement. You can request a refund within 30 days — see our Refund Policy.
